Overview

At Horizone Studio, my team partnered with Dent&Co, a start-up aiming to enhance their existing appointment system for dental clinics by developing a customer-facing dental appointment platform. The goal was to create a new service flow that integrated the needs of dental patients into Dent&Co’s existing business-facing system.

I led the UX and UI design of the digital touchpoints. I worked with service designers to conduct generative research to inform the discovery process, hosted a co-creation workshop that focused on transforming the Customer Journey Map into a digital solution, and designed the digital interface of the platform, including design system and user flows.

The system was the first dental appointment platform that integrated user reviews and the dental appointment process. Two years after launching the system, Dent&Co accumulated more than 140,000 users and 430,000 user reviews, making it the largest online dental appointment platform in Taiwan.
